The setting was fantastic, short walk to the hill, and the museum gardens, art gallery, minster, river and other attractions. The rooms were great modern and mine was brand-new with fresh towels, good bathroom, hand soap.

Fantastic place with very very helpful staff and stable wi-fi. Modern room with a convenient decor and an absolutely clean bathroom. Nice location, a few steps away from everywhere.

A perfect place, we thoroughly enjoyed its perfect location. Extremely amenable and hospitable staff, they helped us a lot. Location: the hotel was close to the bars and shops as well as quiet residential area. Spent here 2 good days and would return here.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, I greatly enjoyed gorgeous breakfast!
I came to York for short stay - everything was nice. The bed was very comfy and room spotless and updated. The location was marvellous and close to a river and a hill. It was 1 km from The Full Moo, offering quick-service food.

We spent our Christmas break at this cozy guest house. the breakfast was tasty with complimentary tea and coffee. the location was great, just a few minutes' walk away from the city center and the river, which was perfect for a relaxing stroll. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
